Here I am about to go on my Summer 2003 holiday, I certainly feel slimmer and feel so much better. I would like to lose a bit more but that will happen in time (if I stick to the plan and eat healthily.) This year on my holiday I have bought bikini's and whilst I am a bit selfconsciouz about my still flabby tummy, I feel I look passable!
