Sunday night -
Am actually feeling quite positive about losing some weight. Earlier I
watched Paul McKenna ans it made me think YES I can do it. I then did
20 minutes on the treadmill with ohhhhhhh 3 minutes of running! I can't
help thinking that running would be easier outside Hmmmm...maybe one day!
I think if I had someone to go running with I'd definately give it a go............in
the meantime I shall just aim to do more on the treadmill. Would be good
to build it up to much longer.
My Avatar (thanks to Janey who gave me the site link) Loads to do today - mainly tidying the house. Did go on the treadmill first thing this morning for 10 minutes brisk walk at 7.45am.........will go on it later too.

Thursday 15th January Did 2 hours dancing last night. Ate ok yesterday, well,
I guess! Off to work in about 15 minutes! |

Sunday 18th January Blitzed the bedroom today and chucked LOADS out. Ate ok
on limited food supplies (pay day soon!).Am off work tomorrow and am going
to try and do more on the bannisters and go on treadmill! R ran for 10
minutes on the treadmill the other day which was brill. |
