Sunday 16th May
Today we are going for a walk to Delamere forest...I feel we all need some exercise. I did go to my line dancing evening last night but had some alcohol so I need to walk off the calories.
This is Delamere forest. Today it is nice and sunny.

We walked around delamere for almost 3 hours then we went to WK tennis courts and played a bit of tennis (sort of). Now we are all knackered but feel we ought to do something like this every weekend - we all need the exercise.

YEAH I lost a lb. Just. I am going to really make an effort this week. (Have to keep telling myself this).
Had my scan...all seems ok, no gallstones etc. Mmmm, maybe I need to alter my diet in some way?

Here is my virtual model (with my head pasted on it. This is how I ought to look at 116 lbs or 8 st 4 lbs.) Don't think my body will ever be this toned actually.

The virtual model was created on the My Virtual Model site using my ideal weight and my height. You use your hair colour and facial features etc, but I got Neil to paste my head on the model. I am actually aiming for around 112 lbs........I hope.

Am in the college Admin Bureau this week which is a nice change from the classroom and is giving me a chance to get more confident using the telephone (ie transferring calls).
Tummy is bothering me a lot (the size of it as usual and the fact it is hurting a lot). Am waiting results of scan. Was naughty tonight and scoffed some sweets (why?)....dunno.

 

 Saturday 22nd May 2004

Saw consultant and he thinks I may have a stomach infection, gave me a prescription which I have to get today. Ah maybe now I will get some relief from tummy pains and ache?
Am sooooooooo tired. Slept all day yesterday after hospital. Did not manage the crunches of course, perhaps should avoid them for the time being. Don't hold out much hope for weightloss this week as have not been following plan properly. Ah well...I will keep trying.
