Another
day another.............well, you know, you've heard it all before. Yep
another Monday of 'I'll do better this week'
Was a bit lazy yesterday (ie did bugger all) but did manage 20 minutes
on treadmill. IF and I say IF, I did DO 20 minutes on treadmill EVERY
day, that'd be ermm.....140 minutes of 'extra' exercise a week (ie just
over 2 hours) on top of dancing and any gym sessions. So, IF I did manage
to do this as a minimum - hey, just think, it would very likely help me
lose some lbs wouldn't it (assuming I did not overeat/binge/snack too
much)
MMm.........maybe I ought to give it a go????
Walked
R to school, then walked to meet J from school (yep, he'd walked there
for registration then was coming back home as he had 2 free periods).
So, did about 40 minutes walking in all.
DID NOT get weighed this morning (avoid at all costs) - ok will weigh
tomorow.
Went
to Kates for a coffee, had nice time chatting and moaning (does you good!)
and had a laugh.
Did
20 minutes on treadmill so am happy!!!!!!

wanna talk about it - damn scales, where the heck did that 2 lb come from?

Work ok. Did 20 mins
on treadmill in evening (yeah!) whilst
watching Kerrang (see what having a teenage son does to you - makes you
like the stuff they listen to cos they are playing it LOUD all the time!
Ate healthily all day - and am NOT tempted to eat this evening (the scales
gave me a shaock this morning, a 2 lb shock and am gutted and cross and
feel even FATTER (double damn). But am also in good mood cos
Ate well today
Exercised (some)
seeing PAramore and New Found Glory tomorrow night in Manchester Appollo
Going away for weekend and having FAB trip to the US on my own coming up
at beginning of March.
Am not going dancing tomorrow night unfortunately (damn we are in the middle
of a new dance, on the other hand it is an easy one and I already 'cracked'
it last week.
Will aim to go and do 2 hours dancing on Friday night after work.after gym
(ha ha have not seen boy band lookalike for ages) |
