Monday 26th November

Got myself a new swimming costume, well, it covers all but is without the padded chesty bit (as I don't really need this and my old costume has this and makes me look matronly). My new one is one of those with a racer-back and it covers most if not all of my back thus sort of hiding rolls of flab a little.
Have decided not to go to the gym today (as I have been the last 3 days - don't want to overdo it do I?). I have GOT to get stuck into some cleaning......seriously, the house looks like a TIP.
Arghghghghhg.......how GHASTLY. The costume is a size 16 which isn't terrible, it's just I look SO flabby and double arghghghghg. Still, not to worry, I will get the weight off, I will.
This was me in 2003 when I had lost all my weight and weighed about 119 lbs, this is th weight I want to be again, NOW please!!!!

The cake R and I made yesterday for Neil's mums birthday.

One side of the kitchen as it is now. I am going to paint the walls a 'vanilla' colour. Here is the kitchen some time ago

Actually I liked the kitchen bright yellow but for now I am going to stick to the vanilla (it is pale lime green at the moment but does not go with the cupboards.

Well I had better get tidying hadn't I (when I have finished my cup of coffee of course).
Did some tidying and managed to throw out s big binsack full of tatty/too small etc clothes. I walked to meet J for lunch (in his school dinner hour) - which was about 2 miles in all.......but it was a little spoilt (the exercise) by me and him going in a cafe and eating! I had a latte and a bacon/egg and sausage baguette (oh so fattening). The thing is I am not fussed on bacon and sausage and no longer buy it at home.............but in a cafe it's nicer somehow (though very fatty unfortunately). Now I HAVE to do an hour on the treadmill later
Ok so here's the treadmill, it cannot stay here as it's in the way, but it does fold (sort of) and I think we are going to be able to fit it under the stairs when not in use.
J and R keep using it as an amusing conveyor belt (ie putting stuff on it and watching it whizz along)

 Tuesday 27th November

Happy Birthday to my DAD who is 64 today

 7.30am. I am going to the gym today (even though I feel too tired and too achey. Got to walk R to school first then catch the bus to the gym (as is too far to walk).

This is something I need to make note of as I work in the Eye Department at my local hospital!
Anyway. Walked R to school and then got a lift from the lolipop lady to Prenton where the gym is. AND I did 60 minutes on the treadmill (and actually enjoyed it in a weird way - as it was boring but not too boring as I people watched again). I then did 20 minutes on the rower, this was all I could manage as my knees were hurting.
Caught the bus to Heswall (nearest town and good for shopping ie:charity shops). Bugger all in the shops so had lunch in cafe. I had a ham and cream cheese baguette with salad (and since when did they halve the baguettes? Since when did they decided to charge the same price for less?)

I was tempted to say "Where's the rest of it"?

Also had a latte - then felt better (after all that work in the gym). Got a few bits and pieces from the shops including a lovely handcream for me a Baylis and Harding Hand Lotion (Black Pepper and Ginseng)

I did very naughtily buy some cad chocolate from Woolies and had a small bar when I got home. (Am thinking I have been very good cos I really wanted 2 or even 3 bars - they are small ones)

If tempted to have MORE chocolate (as bars could dissapear before kids get home from school) then maybe I should eat some hand lotion instead?

Damn chocolate and crisps (eg Pringles that I don't even like). WHY WHY WHY? Did I need to eat them? Well...at the time YES. SO ok, I had some more chocolate and half a tub of pringles (though felt yuck when eating them as they are not that nice and they were the 'light' ones (which is why they are not that nice!
AH well..........also did not do an hour on own treadmill (I just looked at it and thought "Nah...too tired" and nodded off on the couch while R watched childrens tv after school.

R and I are going to the gym tomorrow, in fact I am going after work at 1pm, then walking to school then catching bus and going BACK to gym with R to do some gym work with her and swimming. PHEW.

Am a bit worried about myself as my eating is so crappy at the moment, some of the time. I mean, I did such a healthy soup for tea (quinoa, aduki beans, red cabbage, mixed veg - it tasted yummy - though kids thought it smelt horrid)

and then what - I go and pig out on chocolate and pretend crisps. Arghghghghghghg

 Wed 28th November

 It's too damp and cold. Felt very cold while standing at bis stop waiting to come home from work (meant to go to gym but gym stuff was in washing this morning). Got home 1pm and have put gym stuff in dryer ready for when R and I go later after school.
Will try and do better with food today (just had egg mayo sandwich at 183 cals and am having a hot bowl of last nights soup to warm me up.

Did not go to the gym after school. Took all the stuff along but when R came out of school she said she really did not feel like going, so I did not make her. She is going a lot and I am pleased with how often she comes along with me, so I don't want to force her to go when says she really does not feel like going. I did 2 hours of line dancing in the evening. I am in work all day tomorrow and then going off on my line dance weekend to Hemsby (Norflok Broads) on Friday mroning.
