Me yesterday

Yesterday R and I went to the gym which was good, we enjoyed it. Sat R went to a trampoline party and Sat night I did 3 hours line danicng.

According to my scales I have gained a lb, mind you, I have eaten badly this last week. BUT.................have now decided to get weighed each Monday evening at the gym and luckily last Monday I weighed myself there and was 10 st 8 lbs (148 lbs) ARGHGFHGHFGHHHHHHHHH...........................

Well, let's see what I weigh tonight at the gym ok.Old pic of me (ohhhhhhh) and here I was a few years ago when I had forst lost my weight
SO this is the weight I want to get back to (I was about 8 st 5 lbs - 117 lbs)

Got to keep trying and try harder!!!!!!!

R and I went to the gym tonight after school and then Neil picked us up at 6.45pm. I am in the gym in the morning for the rest of my induction which is at 10.30am but I am going as soon as I have taken R to school that way I get more time there (ie more exercise).

Did not do too well on diet again today (arghghghghg), I have to radically rethink my eating and damn well think twice about what I am eating and when.....................you know, that sort of thing.

Tuesday 13th November 2007

 

 

 

Walked R to school (flippin cold) then walked to village (1 mile) and then caught bus to Gym). Went on treadmill in the womens gym then downstairs for rest of induction/programme, this took about half an hour, then I went on the treadmill downstairs. Phew.
I need to make sure I work hard in order to help me lose weight. R has her induction with Mike (who I had mine with) on the 24th. When she gets her proper card and instructions of just how much to do on each machine, I think she will like this. We are planning on going tomorrow night after school, we shall see.
Was very good for lunch and just had an omelete and fruit.I want R to enjoy going to the gym, but not to get fed up with it. There is plenty to do and they said they change the kids machines from time to time also she JUST loves going in the pool. I am not partivularly going to weigh her and I might just switch to weighing myself once a month not each week - not sure about this (me weighing once a month and not weekly). It's hard to not step on the scales, plus I think perhaps weekly will keep me on my toes more!

Have gone and booked us a holiday for the summer (2 weeks). In (of all places) Gardenstown near Banff, Scotland. Here is the cottage (blue detached one). YEs, we'll scrap the ££ again and most probably not have enough - but what the heck....it's nice to have something to look forward to.

It is a little fishing village inbetween other fishing villages! We can do lots of exploring and walks and toe dipping in the sea (and dolphin/seal spotting)!

Was thinking about Blacks earlier, I really miss her

Wed 14th November

Ok morning in work. J is off school this afternoon as teachers are preparing for a 6th form open evening for the yr 11's.
Will be picking R up from school at 3.30pm and we catch the 4pm bus to the gym. Also I am doing 2 hours dancing tonight.......................................this weight had better start coming off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Doesn't everyone! But note to self (I do need to slow down, to not want to get everything done NOW, this applies to work and home).
Am going to have my lunch now - a yummy homemade veg stew.MMmmmmmmmm

Had my soup for lunch. Grrrrrrrrrrrr it's cold out.

Thursday 15th November Took R to the gym today after school. I did 30 minutes cardio and 2 of the weights machines then I took R in the pool till Neil picked us up at 6.45 pm, then we popped to Tesco and then I went and did 2 hours line dancing. MEGA PHEW!
