Stayed the same

Boo hoo stayed the same.
Had breaky out today (very naughty of us)....way too many calories. But what the heck.
Ok....time to be good........I SO want to get under 126 lbs (9 st). Can't say I am trying very hard at the moment though.

My hair is errrrr..........well, back to blonde with darker bits in it (think I had better leave it alone before it falls out)

HHmmmmm.......NEW DAY - NEW START (You gotta keep at it haven't you!!!) Plan for the day
Eat Healthy
DO SOME (any) exercise
Relax and try not to stress about ANYTHING.

Damn and bother it....am 377 cals over today (how bad is that!). How silly am I. And did I do any exercise today? NOPE. Still, there's always tomorrow.
SO.............................................enough time wasting. Enough of the never quite getting round to making a decent effort. If I truly want to lose these lbs I have got to get serious.
Neil is now signed up with Nutracheck and is counting cals as well, HA, he was 130 under today, but then again he is allowed much more cals than me (not fair!). Maybe with us both doing it, this will help. My cal allowance is 1400 or under per day, his is 2000 or thereabouts (cannot remember as of this second).

  

Wed 26th Sept

 Ok morning in work. Had a shake for breakky and a sandwich for lunch. I do not have a problem with eating earlier in the day but my main prob time is in the late evening.
I am doing 2 hours dancing tonight and if I can just have a quick cup of coffee and put my feet up for a few mins I might even do the 2 mile walk DVD just now (it's 1pm)......I said I MAY/MIGHT do the DVD, not that I would DEFINATELY do it!!!!!!!!!

Ok I admit it, I was lazy and did not do the DVD but I am doing the dancing tonight ok!!!!

  
Fri 28th Sept
Good day yesterday, though had a chocolate attack in the evening thus taking me over my calorie allowance BUT I did do the 2 mile walk dvd and I AM going dancing for 2 hours tonight and doing lots of walking in Chester tomorrow.
Was watching Diet Doctors Inside and Out last night. They said we need to watch our calorie balance (cals in cals used in exercise) - as well all know. I am meant (in order to help weight loss) to do over 250 cals worth of exercise a day.
I know on a lot of the days this last week I have gone over my cals so would not expect a weight loss this Monday.
I know I need to put more effort in to lose the lbs, there's no doubt about that, weight loss won't happen with a half hearted effort.
Damn!
 

Sun 30th Sept

Yesterday we
Went shoppping to Heswall, went out for tea and then called at my mum and dads in North Wales. Today Neil is working in Chester so we are going along with him (we will troop round the shops while he wors and meet him later). That's about it for the weekemd really. Nothing too exciting.
weighed myself in my sisters yesterday (she said she wanted to check her scales were accurate), haha, actualuallt wasn't too bad, weighed about the same as last Monday and this was fully clothed/in the evening after a meal out. MMmmmm wonder if this means I have lost weight this week? We shall see on my scales tomorrow.
