Monday 23rd July

J had his hair cut and straightened today!

Tuesday 24th July 

Weight - 10 st
(140 lbs)
Loss - 1 lb

 Yippeee I lost another lb. It is slowly coming off. Next week I should be in the 9 st's. I am doing the calorie counting and stayed well under the cals yesterday. I am finding the Nutracheck site so so good and also have a great diet Buddy on there called Amanda - we message each other every day to day how we are doing and it keeps me motivated. It is the only online calorie counting site I have found that is very geared up for the UK ( our foods etc). There is online support for diet and fitness and forum you can post to for help and advice and everyone seems really friendly on it. You can get diet buddies that have the same amount of weight to lose as you etc. I signed up for the 3 months (after initially doing a 5 day free trial) The 3 months have cost me £19.99 - tes I know it's more money - but in this case I really thinkit's worth it and it IS helping me eat better.

What have I done today? Well, I blitzed the bedroom as it was such a mess.............used up a few calories! Have eaten well today and am feeling pleased that I am under calories again.

Wed 25th July 

 Ok morning in work. Have eaten ok so far today though chocolate is on my mind!!!!!!!!!!! Am going to do 2 hours dancing tonight.

Tried a few things on last night that used to fit me (when I was slimmer at 8 st 5 lbs - 117 lbs)...of course they do not fit me one bit and it's actually quite hard to remember that they did. Only by looking at a few pics and seeing that YEP they did fit...well, anyway. Bit depressing. On the other hand I have tried a few things on that were quite tight on me and they are now looser...................Arghghgggggggggggg I can alomost feel it, I can almost feel myself at my goal weight where I want to be. My hip bones are a bit hippier or rather making an appearence haha, mainly if I lie on my side and all wobbly part goes sideways of course!!!!!!!!!! YUCK! SORRY! And if I prod hard enough I can feel my ribs - the padding is lightly decreasing ever so slightly!!!!!!

Got a bit of a way to go - 21 lbs more or less.

Sat 28th July   Did 2 hours dancing last night - had too much wine afterwards - silly me. DId a long walk too and from nearest town today (make up for wine calories).....that's about it really.

Sunday 29th July 

 

 Went on the trampoline early evening - only managed 1000 jumps! R and I are trying to do as many as we can (we have 2 smaller trampolines - 8 ft ones, in the garden)
Have eaten all my calories for today and I have done well all week and stuck to the proper cals and also managed to do some exercise most days. I am SO SO hoping to be a few lbs less tomorrow, even just a lb less would be good.
Neil says he does not hink I look as BIG as I think I do. Maybe not, but I still FEEL nig and flabby a lot of the time (I do have the odd day where I feel thinner!). But most of the time I feel FATUnfortunately.
