Monday 19th Feb Did not get weighed today as was staying in mum and dads with Rhi.

Tuesday 20th Feb

Did not get weighed today as was in mum and dads, but am home now (5pm) and have already made pancakes!!! I ate 3 of them!!

Feel very fat and bloated.

Weight - 10 st 5 lbs

Still to lose - about 25

 Well as you can see I managed to lose a lb, not much at all but better than nothing. If I could just lose a 1 lb to 2 lb per week each and every week then I would soon get to where I wanr ro be. So never be dissapointed with JUST a lb.

Me and the kids were supposed to be going out today shopping so Jon could get some new guitar strings, but it is 10.30am and J is still in bed and R is still in her pj's and neither of them look like they want to go anywhere. Trying to get either of them shifted to do anything is often impossible.

Went to B,Head with the kids on the bus, quite pleasent. We shopped (bought very little though) and went to a cafe then came home - not the most exciting day but at least we got out. I am taking R swimming tomorrow.

 Thursday 22nd Feb

 Went to a really interesting talk at the hospital last night on food, mood and stress (J came along too). The Dr was talking about how sugars and processed foods can affect our moods. He was saying how he changed his life around (he was overweight, unfit, stressed etc). He is a great believer in exercise and eating mainly fresh/raw and natrual foods. He reccommended a low GI diet book and said he was a fan of Paul Mckenna and people like Gillian Mckeith.

Mainly though his talk was on how to eat healthier and het more exercise and the psychological aspects of eating.

R and I are going swimming today.

 Friday 23rd Feb

 Spent the day round Chester. Neil was working there in the morning so me and the kids wandered round the shops then met him for lunch before coming home. I are very badly really (WHY?)

Am going to do 2 hrs line dancing tonight though which is good and I will take R swimming again on Sunday.

What shall we do today? We are all a bit bored and cannot think what to do. I said why not go for a long walk - ha you can guess what they all said to that.

Tidied the house.
Ate crappily all day and now feel sick and fat and bloated, serves me right.

 Sunday 25th Feb 2007

Slept in late. Do not feel like doing anything at all though I did promise to take R swimming, not sure if we will go yet?

I ate far too much chocolate last night, I shouldn't have but I did. It's like once I start I can't stop which is very silly. It's the wrong attitude to have and the reason why I am not losing weight. I am very reluctant to get weighed tomorrow, maybe I just won't. 

The kids go back to school tomorrow, it was nice having them off school and nice that I did not have to go into work. I am back in work on Wednesday.

I got the mini trampoline out from under the bed!!!! Maybe this week I will go on it? I hope!!!!!
