Damn blast and bother I've stayed the same again. Yhis is so annoying and getting boring. I am going to do aerobics with Judith and Sue this morning and again tomorrow morning and then dancing Wed night and Friday night and I had better damn well lose weight next week.
Feel all depressed about my hair now stupidly enough. Makes me want to go and stuff mt face with a load of chocolate to make me feel better. Oh crap.

Went hypo last night before bed, aye some
plain biscuits for that but then went high in night and woke up with high
blood sugar (21.2) and felt sick. Also felt sick last night but think
that was more to do with what I ate - mini binge. Need to be good today. Rhi is in her drama club production tonight (Snow White), she is a narrator I think. She has been getting a bit bored with drama but I think it is good that she is doing it, for her confidence. She did well as Alice in Wonderland in the last one (and she played the cook too). Am just waiting for Judith to call for us to go and do aerobics, I thought about not doing it as I feel yuck, but I am going to make the effort and go/ Felt sick all day. Really sick |

Don't feel so sick today. Work ok and one or two people did say they liked my hair! Thanks to everyone who signed my guestbook and said they like my hair, thank you so much. I have come to the conclusion (yet again) that
my problem (not losing weight) is down to my picking and snacking. I think
on the whole I eat ok main meals. And I think that it does not matter
what diet I try to follow I will always have the same problem. I just
have to sort out my snacking and think twice before I eat certain foods
(eg fattening ones). It's no good me sticking to some plan that is not
quite like normal eating cos I just get fed up. I have to eat healthier
for good, forever in order to lsoe weight and keep it off. I think I am more active now than I have been
for a while and there is still room for improvement with this (ie there's
no such thing as being too active - unless of course you get totally knackered
or ill) So................ |
Thursday 15th Feb |
Nice day in work. My manager Anju got my lunch for me (a yummy pasta dish, french fries (crisps) and fruit), that was really nice of her. She is such a great Manager, so kind and thoughtful. Came home, not sure what to eat? Haven't got a lot in so that doesn't help. Had some cheese (not too much) and am now doing a veg stir fry. Ooooppss can smell stif fry burning! |
| Saturday 17th Feb | Another good day at work, also my last one, I am off for a week now. The kids are also off school now for a week (half term). I went dancing last night for 2 hours but spoilt the effect of that exercise by having a little too much wine last night, ah well. There is a line dance do on tonight so I am going to that, it is in aid of the village hall (Thornton Hough). There will be food there so I am going to try and be good today. I thought I was feeling thinner but my clothes are fitting the same AH but I did notice that my work trousers were not so tight (the button does ot dig into me so much!) so that's good. |
