Monday 5th May to Sunday 11th May 2008

Tuesday 6th May

Work ok. Very sunny out. R and I slept in mum and dads over the weekend, well one night. Sat we went to the gym (gym and pool). Sun we went to mums and went in the pool at Flint Leisure Centre in the afternoon then we walked back from there to mum and dads. We slept in mums Sunday night. Monday morning I went shopping with mum. She got me and R a pair of those bright clog type shoes

I got a pair of pink ones and R got a pair of blue ones, I must say they are very comfy. I have always thought they look uncomfy - but no they are fine.
Sat night R and I watched St Trinians which was quite good. Neil and I are also in the middle of watching the 3rd (I think) series of Coupling.
Monday after Neil picked R and I up we went to Rhos-On-Sea and have a lovely afternnon there. We walked one end of the prom to the other and called in a nice cafe (soup and a roll) and yes we did treat ourselves to a whippy ice-cream which was soooooooooo nice. Pity J did not come with us but he went to Liverpool with his friends/girlfriend.

Am horrified by pics taken of me over the last few days (when we have been out). OMG I look SO SO big, so bloody FAT. There is not ONE decent pic of me, I look huge in all of them, round as a ball.
IS cheesing me off as am much more active lately. I even went dancing last night for 2 hours as well. Am fed up, fed up, fed up of how I look.

I cannot believe how FAT I look. Ok I know when looking at my face pics I don't look that BIG, but forgodssakesfeckingfeck.....I look like a big fat slob. Might put said pics up here, but to be honest I can't STAND looking at them.

Anyway, have tried to day to eat healthily but am too knackered to do any exercise. I was going to take R to the park but am too tired and now feel guilty that I am not taking her to the park. I am hoping she might go on the trampoline for a while. I just want to go to sleepand wake up when I am 3 stone (42 lbs) lighter.

 Wed 7th May

Looks lovely out. Am in work half day, but am seeing the dietician at 1.30pm therefore won't be home till later, then have to go get R from school. R is on a 5 week Shakespear course at a school and Neil's dad is running us there after school (4.15pm to 5.15pm). I'll go back to their house while R is doing the course. We will then walk home from the village (some exercise).

I did have some chocolate last night, which was nice but I think I ate a bit too much of it! Am going to try and eat better today. I am going to make some Tuna Fishcakes tonight for tea.
It's 7.45am and everyone has gone (work/school) and I am just enjoying a bit of peace before I go to work! Wish I had the day off. I am off for the next half term and have a few plans for R, J and I.

R's school forgot to send off the forms to Calday so her and another girl were not on the lists to do the 5 week english course. Very dissapointing for R. The school rang and appologised greatly.

J is going to do a weeks work experience at Neils place of work. Thankfully he will not be in Neil's department, but in Production. So he'll be there 9 to 5.30 for a week - do him good. I would like J to get a part time job (eve or weekends) as I think it does kids good to do that as soon as they can, as long as it fits in ok with studies. I know getting a job isn't that easy sometimes, but I am sure if you try hard enough you can get one somewhere. I won't make J get a job while he is still at school, but it is better if he does get one, looks good on the cv. There is NO WAY J is living at home and NOT working when he is done studying. If he wants a GAP year fine, but he has to get a PROPER job in that time (ie paid/paying NI/Tax).

Had fresh tuna fishcakes for tea (I made them) AND both R and J ate them!!!!! Also we had mash and veg. Then for dessert we had sugar free jelly, custard and fruit.

Went Line Dancing in the evening for 2 hours. R and I did not go out but she did play ball for a while. Sometimes at the end of the school day (and it was 4.40pm by the time we got in) we don't want to go out then. And by the time I'd gotten tea organised it was gone 5pm. Neil and J and R did walk to the shop at 8pm for an ice-cream as a treat.

 Thursday 8th May 2008

VERY hot day, a bit uncearable in work, especially our office. Elaine and I (who I job share with) had a salad lunch in the canteen then we went for a 20 minute walk to the park next to the hospital. Should do this more often (the walking at lunchtime). Might go for a walk tomorrow in my lunchtime even if it is just round the outside of the hospital.

R enjoyed MEND we looked at food labels, then the kids did an hours exercise. R and I walked a bit of the way home then got a lift from Neil and J and called to Tesco.

Have been thinking about what we might do at the weekend. We might go to Delamere Forest (very nice) or Angelsey, I really want to go to Angelsey but it depends on how much diesal we have (ie can we afford to), Delamere is nearer.

 Sat 10th May

J has gone to Aleishas 16th birthday party (last night) and 6 of them are sleeping over. Went line dancing last night, that makes 6 hours dancing this week!

We were going to go off today to somewhere, but have decided we cannot afford the diesal so will aim to go for a walk around here.

We have had a very busy day today. Firstly we (R, Neil and I) went and played Crazy Golf, then we had lunch in the little cafe (v nice), then we drove to Thurstaston Common and spent about an hour and a half walking (climbing) round there. Then we went to Thurstaston Country Park, got a lolly-ice and some bottled water and walked down to the shore which was lovely, the tide was in at first. We spent ages walking along the shore then we drove to Birkenhead to get J.

We have certainly done a lot of exercise today.Pics to follow

We had a really nice day

SUNDAY 11th MAY 2007

We are planning on going out today, R wants us to make a small picnic and go back to Thurstaston Hill, J is coming with us too.
There's tons of stuff to be done in the house, mainly do the kitchen (tidy), the bedroom and cut the front hedge, which I will end up doing later if I can. Neils wants us to get a gardener to do the back garden as it is SO overgrown.
