Yesterday R and I went to Liverpool with my sister Ches and her little un Eve and little friend Jess. We parked at Seacombe and then caughts the ferry from there, which the kids loved. R has been on the ferry before. It was sunny but a little windy.

Over in Liverpool we went to the Albert Dock and wandered round there and went in the Liverpool Maritime Museum and the Tate Gallery. We had a coffee in a bistro bar on the dock but Cheryl ended up waiting half an hour for a cup of tea so she asked for her money back! It was a lovely sunny day. Here are a few pics I took, Ches said she would send me some of hers (email) so I will put some of them up too later.

After we caught the ferry back to Seacombe we got in the car and drove to New Brighton and went in AdventureLand which the kids really enjoyed. Even R asked for a wristband (£3) and went and joined in! There was loads of slides and climbing things. We got chips and sat out and ate them and then came home- the little uns fell asleep in the car on the way. It was a really nice day out, I totally enjoyed it.

We have decided that we will all (me, Neil and J and R) go over to Liverpool next week on the ferry and go back to the Albert Dock and the Museum.

No plans for today (Tuesday) though I do have a hospital app (rheumatology) later on today.
J's band audition yesterday was cancelled cos the drummer got called into work, so this is going to be re-arranged.
