Time to get weighed again. Have no idea how I might have
done this week? It's 8am, Neil and J have gone out (work/college) and
R is off till tomorrow. Judith is taking us to Slimming World later (9am)
and I shall have to face the scales again....... I think I might just
go and do half an hour on the treadmill (not that it will make a difference
today as such but in the long run, all exercise is good).
Here's a little video of the hotel that we are staying at on Friday till Monday I lost a half a pound this week, it almost stuck on the lb loss but pinged to the half pound loss (damnit!). I did try and lean back on the scales but that did not work at all. I guess half a pound is better than nothing and certainly better than gaining. I have made a yummy chicken and sweetcorn soup for tea,
though as per usual I don't suppose Neil or the kids will eat it (they
are so bloody fussy). I put the curried parsnip soup in the freezer for
another day. The soup tasting session at SW was nice (where I got the
chicken and sweetcorn recipe - thanks to Judith). There was also a yummy
tomatoe one (tomatoe, onion, lemon). Had Slimming World sausages for lunch
(not a balanced diet I know) but I just nibbled on these and had some
fruit too. Vicky my friend came round in the afternoon with her little girl who is 3. I have had a fairly healthy tea though did have a few curly fries from the kids plates and a small bolw of reduced fat ice-cream. Cannot have anything more tonight. Am also aiming to do at least 20 minutes on treadmill though right now I could just go to sleep! |
Tuesday 3rd November Work was ok, same old thing! I did ok in some parts on my eating Am aiming to get up earlier in the morning and do half hour free step on the Wii Fit. I said aiming to!!!!!!! Not the same as definately will. Am only on half day in work tomorrow. Neil is home and kids in school/college. Neil and I will pop to Heswall in the afternoon cos I fancy a wander round the charity shops. R got invited out to tea tonight which was so nice for her, I was so glad. Tomorrow she is actually doing cookery (or Food Tech as it is called nowadays), they are making bread pizza (a slice of bread with pizza toppings and tomato puree!) and they get to eat it hot in class straight out of the oven or from under the grill. Well it's almost half past 11pm and I am tired so I am
going to try and get to sleep. |
Wed 4th November I think because my next Slimming World class/weigh in is not till Mon 16th November, it is very easy to go off the plan and think "Oh, I've got till then to get some weight off, I can relax a bit". But really I DO need to keep going eating as healthily as I can every day. Got my new glasses today here's a pic,, it's a bit blurred though (taken on phone)
Am off dancing for 2 hours tonight, though really feel like just plonking myself on couch and watching telly. I am in work all day tomorrow then YIPPEEEE off to Isle of Wight on Friday morning.
