Monday 26th October

Well I went and got weighed today and stayed the same, which is ok, I guess. Makes me more determined to have a good weight loss next week.
R had a friend round in the afternoon.
Early evening I did half an hour on the treadmill

Have been ultra good on slimming world plan today!!!

I have been very good on my diet plan today and I did half an hour on the treadmill in the evening (along with being in work 8am till 5pm) PHEW!!!!

Neil is on the treadmill at the moment doing half an hour which is good.

 WED 28th October

Been v good on diet today! Was a half day in work today, yeah! Am going to the cinema tonight to see Couples Retreat (comedy) with a friend from work, am looking forward to this. Not had time to go on the treadmill (ok, I fell asleep this afternoon). Am not in work now till Tuesday.

Feel v pleased that I ham avoiding the chocolate cupcakes in the kitchen and the chocolate hobnobs!!!!!!!! Will get either a coffee or a diet coke at the cinema but NO popcorn! Might take along a sugar free lolipop (though the sorbitol in them does not always agree with my tummy! Gives me WINDDDDDDDDDDDDD>>>>>>>>>>)

Why is it when you go to the cinema you feel you ought to eat and drink there? MMmmmm they do lovely nachos...........Mmmmmmmmmmmmm

 Thur 29th October

Well, had nice sleep in till about 10am (late or what!). Tidied house (is good exercise), watched a v spooky film in afternoon with R and have cooked healthy tea (chicken soup). I do like halloween but now the kids are older we do not do the trick or treating thing. Last year no one person knocked on the door and we had loads of sweeties too - ah well, we did manage to eat them!!!!!!!

Have diabetic clinic in the morning (11.30am) and am getting dropped off at the hospital as Neil needs to run J to Liscard - timings are all wrong so I cam getting dropped off at hosp and will pop along to my office (well, it's not my office, just where I am based) and have a coffee there before going along to outpatients clinic. Am hopefully going dancing tomorrow night and will aim to do half an hour on the treadmill tonight. Yeah - how good am I............?

Well it's 6.15pm and I am getting hungry so will go and have my chicken soup. Neil is not home till 7ish. Samantha Who is on tonight (love it) and Being Erica (am totally hooked). Also been watching Come Dine With Me (is funny!)

Got to go to my diabetic clinic this morning. Then later today am taking R to see The Vampires Assistant. No other plans for the weekend as such so far. Am hopefully going dancing tonight for 2 hours. I did manage 20 minutes on treadmill last night - must aim to do this each day.

8,30am - time for a nice cup of tea!

Just learnt that we are not going to Hayling ISland now, there was a mix up (double bookings) and now we are going back to the Isle of Wight instead! Which I don't mind at all, cos I liked the Isle of Wight.

 Saturday 31st October

Right, the cinema is booked and R and I are finally going to see the Vampires Assistant at 4pm. J had an hours driving lesson today. His driving test (practical) is booked for early December.

Must admit to having nibbled a few halloween sweeties! Now have to go on treadmill for an hour................

Why is is the nearer I get to weighing in day, the aftter I feel?????

Am pleased that I have been totally avoiding alcohol. I said at dance class last night to my friends that I am NOT going to drink at the weekend away because I WANT to get into my Xmas party dress. So they said they will watch me like a hawk and I am not allowed to drink any alcohol at all. I am going to be so so good!

R and I enjoyed the Vampires Assistant. There was only 4 of us in the cinema (it has 8 screens), we were in screen 5 and at first I thought there was only going to be R and I watching the film, then 2 others came in.

Going to Liverpool tomorrow to get a few t-shirts or something for Isle of Wight. Managed 20 minutes on treadmill this evening - which is good.

 Sunday 1st November 2009

Went shopping to Liverpool today with Nicola (nurse from work). Managed to get 2 tops from Primark (awful shop!). Looked in Debenhams and got a watch from there with a voucher I had gotten for my birthday.

It's only a cheap watch (£15) but was the best I could find for under £20 for my voucher.

I enjoyed going round the shops, went in loads. I like going into places like New Look and Debenhams and John Lewis and Top Shop and all those. I am going to treat myself to some really nice clothes when I get to my goal weight (and I will refuse to wear black!)

Think I might get my small suitcase out of the attic tomorrow and think about what I am taking on my trip.

Dunno if I am looking forward to getting weighed tomorrow. I think I started the week off well and was really good, up until say Saturday really. I have done some exercise this week and avoided alcohol but I have a feeling it is not enough to give me a good weight loss. I don't feel any different, in fact am feeling v fat unfortunately. Tried some jeams on in Tescos and looked so flipping awful in the mirror (it's my stomach - is so arghghghghghghghghg). If that would just go flatter, oh and my arms get thinner and legs and ermmm....well all of me really. Then I'd feel ok!!!!!! Am not happy with what I see in the mirror at all. And am v tired of moaning about my weight. I have just got to get on with trying to lose some.
