Work ok, too nice out to be in work though!

Got J some tickets to go and see Elliot Minor on 3rd July.
Went dancing for 2 hours on Monday night - was v good. Not a lot else to say really.

Here is the garden the other day - very very overgrown. A gardner came today and hey presto!
How much bigger does it look. I know the grass is not green and is a bit knackered really. But maybe some weed and feed would do it? Or that stuff advertised by the little green frogs ('cheer up evergreen.......")?

How did I do on my weigh-in at work today? Errr....gained back that pesky 1 lb....damn! 10 st 8 lbs (148 lbs)
Loss so far - 3 lbs

A link to one of the 1850 Project songs (on the night). Sound is not so brill - sorry - you cannot hear the singing so well and unfortunately you cannot hear J's guitar for the whole gig - but still....here they are!)

We are still waiting for a copy of the DVD of the BAttle of The Bands gig that J's other band did and that sounded fantastic, so I'll put a clip at that up too.

Went to the hairdressers in Heswall, just on impulse (have been thinking about it for weeks as my hair is SO SO dry and damaged). Anyway, managed to get in one (not been before). Cost me £28 (not too bad) for a cut and blow dry.....also got talked into a tube of leave in conditioner £11! Love the cut and all the crappy dry brittle hair is out. It's chin length (pics later today). Have booked R in for a trim next Saturday, she has only been to the hairdressers once in her life, she has split endz now! I think she'll like having her hair done. J has been several times to the hairdressers, Time in Heswall for colours and cuts. His friend Stacey is a model for Christopher Boyton hairdressers and he went with her the other day while she had a haircut and colour (for a modelling shoot) and it took over 4 hours! J said the people there were very nice and offered him lots of drinks and asked had he thought of colour in his (like...yeah! not much!).

Here's J's friend Stacey with the red hair (and his other friend Greg in the pics with her ) when they modlled last year for Christopher Boyton salon. He spends a lot of time with Stacey she's really nice and always gives R hugs when she is here.
