Monday 18th May to Sunday 24th May 2009

Monday 18th May

Today I am going to be VERY good and eat healthily and do some form of exercise!

7am - weather - . Kids are in school/college, Neil off to work shortly. For breakfast am having porridge with raspberries (v healthy).

Don't you wish you could 'wrinkle' your nose and '!poof!' the housework gets done by magic!!!!!! I made a good start but then got sidetracked by coming on the computer - will I ever get off? Will I ever get the rooms tidied?

WHOA, I actually DID loads, tidying that is plus Judith came round for a coffee which was great and she brought a dvd of the 1850 Project gig which is FABULOUS and I shall put some footage up as soon as I can.

Ok, I did have one donut (actually it was same as this but filled with custard!) MMMmmmmm...................
So wot have I eaten today?
Bfast - Porridge with raspberries and skim milk
Lunch - Lentil soup and 3 rich tea biscuits as blood sugar was low
Tea - 1/4 slice pizza.
Eve - 5 meatballs in tomatoe sauce, homemade. And THE DONUT.

Exercise - well I did plenty of housework, so that counts. Hey ho and on with tomorrow!!!!!

 Thursday 21st May 2009

Each day I have eaten at least one thing I should have avoided. Today it was 'parkin' made by a woman at work, must say it was very nice. Not only that I had extra cos I was hypo in the afternoon (damn). Yesterday it was (can't remember) but I know I ate something I shouldn't have. The day before that it was 2 ice-cream lollies and so on and so on. What does this add up to??

NO WEIGHTLOSS THIS WEEK

I get weighed in the morning and yes, I know the scales will show a gain (groan) or same.

A few people in work are doing really well, going to slimming groups. I keep thinking about it but can I afford it?

I SO need some energy - has anyone got any to spare please?????????

11.30pm - almost time to sleep!
Been watching Lie To Me (a new series, kind of a dective one, American of course) about this bloke who is like a human lie detector and can tell when people are yep.....lying from their facial expressions (major and almost undetectable expressions). Actually is very good and facial expressions are facinating. My face , well, it's an open book - most people can tell what I am thinking all the time - my face "gives the game away", always has done.
Been reading a little up on facial expressions - really interesting, the subtler ones are more interesting (for eg those of attraction).....or rather when a person shows attration towards another person, whether consciously or unconsciously.

See me yawn - Hmmmm.........dead giveaway !means I am tired! Goodnight!

 Friday 22nd May 2009

OMG OMG, J misread his timetable for his Maths exam this morning and went in the afternoon instead. How the heck he managed this I do not know. I did not get cross with him as he was upset enough as it was. He has spoken to his head of Dept, apparently if the Maths teachers say he would have passed no problem then they will accept him without this 2nd exam for next years A level course. We'll have to pay a fee (and he'll probably do the resit when ever they are).

Am out for a meal later with people from work. Neil and J and R have gone (along with Dan) to the rehearsal studios in Liverpool. J is stressed cos the drummer of his group (Kera....can't spell it) has said he can't drum for them anymore cos he is already in 4 other bands - now they are without a drummer.
I put some notices up in work saying Drummer Wanted - hopefully he'll get some interest? Stress stress stress.

Weight - 10 st 7 lbs (147 lbs)
Loss - 1 lb
Loss so far - 4 lbs

As you can see I lost the lb I gained last week (yippeee). I am going to be so good this coming week - I want to lose more and more and more and NOW.

 Saturday 23rd May

Last nights meal was really nice. I had Springbok for my main meal and some crocodile and ostrich for the starter. I'll put some pics up later. 7 of us went altogether. I did not have dessert.
Not a lot planned for today (it's 8.30am at ptesent). R has a birthday party to go to at lunchtime.

I have just booked tickets for R and I to go see the Walking With Dinosaurs show in Liverpool Echo Arena (they cost £55 for the 2 tickets), the better seats have sold but they were more expensive.

R enjoyed the birthday party this afternoon, Neil and I went for lunc at our fave cafe in Heswall Hills (called Thyme Out). We had a nice lunch there and then we went shopping, or rather looking round Heswall. I got a book for myself. Poor J ended up being stuck in the house as no one phoned him to go out (friends), so early evening we went for a run in the car to Nantwich, it was a lovely ride though being stuck in the car when it was sunny/very warm out was not the best, still at least he got out! Tomorrow we are going to the ice-cream farm near Beeston.

Here is everyone that I went to the meal with last night - I work with this lot!
Here we are again, I am in the green top.
