These are 1990-2002 where I weighed almost 12 st at my heaviest (168 lbs)

AT TARGET

Got to my target weight of 8 st 7 lbs (119 lbs) on 5th April 2003. (Maintained around 1 and a half years)
Present day 2007 - I gained back about 28 lbs and am trying to lose t his again.
